What: As Hong Kong and Macauโs cocktail bars focus on the awards, local craft brewery Yardley Brothers and beer specialists Blue Supreme have you covered this weekend. The former is launching Solera โ a mixed fermentation ale aged in a Sauternes barrel for four years, then conditioned with fungi and probiotics for six months in Burgundy wine barrels.
