โ€˜Tis the season โ€ฆ for truffles. Known for serving seasonal ingredients at their peak, Harbourside at Regent Hong Kong hosts an immersive buffet celebrating Tasmanian truffles during their prime. Black truffle-topped specials will include buffalo mozzarella, truffle mushroom risotto prepared in a Parmesan wheel, truffle potato pizza, and a roasted crispy porchetta with a rich truffle sauce.

Not forgetting those with a sweet tooth, truffles are further incorporated into three expertly crafted desserts: a truffle ice cream, truffle bon bon and truffle macaroon.
