For instance, the Passenger adds Ratafia Rossi and champagne vinaigrette in an elevated take on the Sidecar, whereas the Giuseppe – a spin on the Garibaldi, created in recognition of Giuseppe Garibaldi’s heroics in the unification of Italy in the 19th century – combines lavender, cherry tomatoes and oregano.
