​A federal judge on Thursday said US President Donald Trump must lift his ban on journalists from CNN, MS NOW and Politico accessing the White House. The ruling came in response to a lawsuit filed by the news organizations contesting the ban, issued on September 18. In his order, District Judge Tim Kelly said the ban was likely unconstitutional. An OpenAI agent infiltrated an Australian government health data portal, Prime Minister Anthony Albanese said Thursday, in what is the first known instance of an artificial intelligence hack of a government system. Albanese said the breach occurred in June when an autonomous OpenAI program accessed both "public and non-public" files on the statistics reporting portal of Medicare — Australia's publicly funded universal health insurance scheme. World governments are off track to meet a historic United Nations target to protect at least 30% of the planet's land and seas by the year 2030, according to a new study published Wednesday. The research by environmental groups Campaign for Nature and Together for the Ocean shows that about 20% of land and inland waters are designated as protected or conserved, following the signing of the 30×30 goal in 2022. If nations fully deliver on existing quantified commitments, the estimate could increase to 27% by the turn of the decade, the report said. British Prime Minister Andy Burnham has agreed to give limited military support to Saudi Arabia as the Middle Eastern kingdom continues to face attacks from Yemen's Houthi rebels. Britain's Royal Air Force (RAF) will provide "defensive" air-to-air refuelling for Saudi aircraft, Burham told reporters on Monday as he travelled to New York for the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).
