Galaxy Macauโ€™s latest gem, Sushi Kissho by Miyakawa, earned its first Michelin star just months after opening โ€“ making waves across the region. Helmed by Chef Masaaki Miyakawa, a three-star sushi master from Japan, the intimate sushi counter is a tribute to Edomae perfection.
