Thereโ€™s no better time than summer to indulge in light, refreshing desserts. Coco at The Mira has just unveiled a limited edition collaboration between celebrated French pastry chef Grรฉgory Doyen and the hotelโ€™s executive pastry chef Smita Grosse. Ideal for sharing, their custom box of petit gรขteaux includes four mini cakes โ€“ two of which are Doyenโ€™s Sunny Side Up, a chocolate egg infused with banana coulis and marshmallow, and Grosseโ€™s graceful Madame Butterfly, layered with raspberry-kaffir lime confit and lychee jelly.

For something more decadent, dive into chef Doyenโ€™s signature purple berries cake, where oolong cream, chocolate mousse and red berry compote come together in a midday treat.
