What: Ella at the Trilogy, known for its meticulously curated performances of live music, is launching its first new menu, Louisiana Gold, helmed by Singular Concepts’ beverage manager Maikal Gurung. Evoking the sounds and flavours of New Orleans, offerings include the Wet Crescent Martini. Inspired by New Orleans’ nickname as the Crescent City, it is served tableside, and is available in either a savoury or citrusy configuration. The Classic Creole riffs on the margarita by infusing the cocktail with charred corn and coriander – a nod to the Mexican influences that form part of Louisiana’s Creole heritage.

Enjoy this and more libations with bar bites like the Typhoon Shelter Tater Tots or decadent Nola Lobster Roll, the latter working well paired with a miniature clarified Bloody Mary as an elevated pickleback. On this night, entertainment will be provided by singer Jason Joi and saxophonist Blaine Whittaker.
